Pora Elite Travels acts as a curator, advisor, and intermediary for travel products and services, including but not limited to accommodations, transportation, and custom itineraries. We do not personally own or manage the hotels, airlines, or local tours mentioned in your travel plan.

2. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and the specific terms and conditions of our travel partners (hotels, airlines, etc.). A non-refundable concierge fee may be applicable to bespoke planning services. Full payment is generally required at least 60 days before the departure date, unless otherwise specified in your personalized agreement.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary based on the destination and the providers involved. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to protect against unforeseen circumstances. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the specific policies of the underlying service providers.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to ensure every journey is exceptional, Pora Elite Travels is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss, or delay caused by the acts or omissions of any third-party travel supplier. We are also not responsible for disruptions caused by weather, labor strikes, civil unrest, or other events beyond our control.

5. User Conduct

By using our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and not to use our platform for any fraudulent or illegal activity. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service will be settled exclusively within the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, Delhi.
